Recovery essentials that actually helped me

Just had a tummy tuck and these items have been lifesavers: compression garment (obviously), arnica cream for bruising, a wedge pillow for sleeping, button-front shirts, and meal prep before surgery. The first 3 days are tough but it gets so much better!

Question

What to expect during BBL recovery?

I'm scheduled for a BBL next month and feeling nervous about the recovery process. How long before you could sit normally? What products helped the most? Any tips for the first week would be really appreciated!

Advice

Tips for choosing the right surgeon

After consulting with 5 different surgeons before my facelift, here are my top tips: 1) Always check board certifications, 2) Look at before/after photos of similar cases, 3) Trust your gut feeling during consultation, 4) Don't choose based on price alone, 5) Read multiple reviews from different sources.

My rhinoplasty journey β€” 6 months post-op update

Hi everyone! I had my rhinoplasty done 6 months ago and wanted to share my experience. The first two weeks were the hardest β€” lots of swelling and bruising. But by month 3, I could really see the results taking shape. Now at 6 months, I couldn't be happier with the outcome. My surgeon was incredibly skilled and patient. Happy to answer any questions!
